  11. 1 pinch Haldi(Turmeric) powder
  12. 1/2 tsp garam masala

  16. 4-5 garlic cloves
  17. 1/2 inch ginger
  18. 1/2 tsp salt
  19. garnishing
  20. 1 onion
  21. 1 tomato
  22. 2 tsp Fresh coriander leaves
  23. 4 tsp Coriander Mint chutney
  24. 4 tsp Mithi (sweet)chutney
  25. 2 tbsp grated cheese

Instructions to make to make Rajma Katori

  1. Mix maida and suji together. Add ghee and salt in it. And make a proper dough with the help of water.
  2. Keep aside a dough for 20mins.
  3. Meanwhile, Take a pan, pour oil in it.
  4. Then add salsa sauce, boiled rajma,tomato ketchup, and all other spice. And cook it till it become lill thick. Keep aside.
  5. Take maida dough, and make Katori out of it, with the help of steel ki Katori.Make sure to make holes in maida kactori, otherwise it become like puuri.
  6. Heat some oil, pour maida kactori in it.After 1min remove steel ki kactori out of it. And fry maida kactori properly.
  7. Take kactori, pour rajma masala in it. Garnish it with onion, tomato, methi chutney, coriander-mint chutney, coriander leaves, cheese and SERVED.
